Abby Bartolotta

Vice President, Healthcare Real Estate, JLL

As Vice President of the Healthcare Real Estate group in the Denver office, Abby specializes in advisory services for the Rocky Mountain region’s healthcare users and owners. This includes tenant representation, landlord leasing, and sales/acquisitions. She works directly with healthcare systems, hospitals, providers, and medical real estate owners and developers.

Services include strategic planning, portfolio optimization, site selection, financial analysis, and contract negotiations. Abby’s approach is driven by combining data analytics and a technology platform to synthesize real estate information with healthcare metrics.

Prior to joining JLL in 2020, Abby spent five years as the Director of Leasing at Health Connect Properties, a boutique commercial real estate and development firm located in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Abby oversaw leasing activity for hospitals, private owners, and tenants. She managed the marketing strategy both internally and externally and assisted in development and property management.

Her focus in healthcare real estate is largely driven as Abby is the daughter of a construction engineer who founded Waner Construction, and sister to a Denver VA hospitalist physician and Kaiser orthopedic surgeon.

Abby began her professional career in sports broadcasting for ESPN and public speaking. A former Duke University All-American in women’s basketball, Abby won three gold medals with USA Basketball and was drafted by the WNBA’s New York Liberty.

Abby graduated from Duke University in 2009. She received a Master’s degree from University of Denver in 2014. Abby is on the Advisory Board for the Denver Medical Study Group.
