Hilda has been a sales executive for more than 10 years, during which time she successfully increased the sales and profile of several real estate related companies. She was most recently the lead business developer for the NIC MAP Data and Analysis Service at the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC) – the premier provider of supply and performance data as well as industry trends and analytics for the nation’s top 100 metro markets. During her tenure at NIC, she generated more than $2 million in new, recurring revenue and increased the subscriber base by over 50%. Prior to her tenure at NIC, Hilda was a business development professional for Carteret Mortgage where she was recognized as the top producer in her group. She began her career at the Knox Financial Group in Baltimore. Hilda has served as an industry expert and speaker at numerous industry events and has executive level training from the Erickson School of Aging Studies at UMBC.
