Amy Pearce serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. focusing on Corporate Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Ms. Pearce brings nearly a decade of experiential marketing and communications experience, representing Fortune 500 companies and non-profit entities alike. Ms. Pearce joined HTA from Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where she encouraged and empowered corporate partners to give back to the community in which they live and work. During her time with Phoenix Children’s, Ms. Pearce was responsible for cultivating, securing, and stewarding high-visibility corporate relationships and gifts, particularly through cause-related marketing, workplace giving, and employee engagement partnerships. From 2011-2018, prior to joining Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Ms. Pearce worked with the experiential marketing team at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). As a Field Marketing Manager with FCA, Ms. Pearce was responsible for the development and execution of nationwide B2C experiential marketing campaigns, specifically tailored to each FCA brand, while delivering meaningful consumer experiences to ultimately further FCA’s sales targets. While in this role, Ms. Pearce worked cross-functionally to develop comprehensive marketing programs capitalizing on FCA’s national brand awareness while demonstrating the ability to use data to identify current market trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and confidently make recommendations in line with brand positioning to FCA Senior Leadership. Ms. Pearce received a B.A. in Education from Arizona State University.
