Jim Coman is the Managing Director, Capital Markets – Healthcare for Stealth Realty Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of The TICI Group of Companies headquartered in Houston,Texas. He is based in the Charleston, South Carolina office and travels nationally, working closely with Helen Banks, Chairman of The TICI Group of Companies and Managing Principal of Stealth Realty Advisors, LLC, providing healthcare real estate solutions to the firm’s clients. Immediately prior to joining Stealth, he was Senior Real Estate Advisor with The Anston Group, a South Carolina based
healthcare real estate property management, leasing and development firm specializing in class “A” medical office properties. Before joining Anston, he was Senior Vice President of Leasing for Healthcare Trust of America, who at the time, were the largest dedicated owner of medical office buildings in the United States. During his tenure, he was responsible for their portfolio on the eastern seaboard from Boston, MA to Naples, FL. He has an extensive background in tax law, having obtained the IRS Enrolled Agent Designation in 2010. He was a futures trader for ten years in The World Trade Center and was a member of the former Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange (now
NYBOT).
Jim received his BS in Business Administration/Finance from Winthrop University and received his MBA from Charleston Southern University. Hobbies are playing tennis, golf, hiking, camping and being on the water. Jim has resided in Charleston for 20 years with his wife Rhonda and daughter Riane, who is a Junior at the University of South Carolina along with their dog Fuzzy.
