Tyler Swade serves as vice president, acquisitions for American Healthcare REIT – a company that resulted from the tri-party merger between American Healthcare Investors, Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III, and Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV in October 2021. In his current capacity, Tyler is responsible for facilitating every part of the deal life cycle including the underwriting, contract negotiation, due diligence, and closing processes. Tyler graduated with a degree in economics from Pepperdine University and has been involved with approximately 35 medical office, senior housing, skilled nursing, and hospital transactions totaling close to $900 million in volume during his career.
